Hello.

First of all... I'd like to thank you for having the answer to my nightmare (so far.)

The trouble is that, I've got the "1TB" Bigger extreme" disk. With 4 Maxtor disks inside. One of them died. I tried the uploader software, but cant really figure out why it only does find 2 discs and not all 4. Would you be able to give me some tip of what the solution might be? Does the replacement disc have to be the same size (in Gb?)
